Dispersing/Levelling Agent for Low Liquor-ratio Rapid
Dyeing of Polyester Fibers

Characteristics:
1. SUNSOLT RM-3406 shows uniform absorption during the heat-up period by
controlling the strikes of dyes during the initial stage of dyeing with its superior
retarding ability without affecting final color yield.
2. SUNSOLT RM-3406 has good repeatability since due to low-foaming as its nature.
3. SUNSOLT RM-3406 is highly capable of dispersing the dyes. It prevents thermal
coagulation of the dyes or dye specks which are caused by mechanical shocks such
as jet streams, shearing forces from pumps.
4. SUNSOLT RM-3406 prohibits the decomposition or discoloration of dyes, and will not
affect the dyeing ability of the direct dyes or reactive dyes, which make it also
applicable to the dye polyester blended fabrics.

Directions for Use:
The optimum quantity of SUNSOLT RM-3406 is dependent on the type of goods, color
depth desired, as well as the dyeing conditions used, however, 0.5g/l is recommended
as the standard level, which should be adjusted as the demands.
