    Ultraviolet Absorber Agent for Polyester

    Characteristics:
    1. SUNLIFE LP-200E is an ultraviolet absorber applicable for polyester dyed with disperse dyes, particularly recommended for automotive upholstery fabrics and floor
    coverings made from polyester. SUNLIFE LP-200E can improve the light fastness of dyed polyester with selected disperse dyes.（Tester：Fade-O-Meter，T.t : 83℃ × 200
    ～300HRS）
    2. SUNLIFE LP-200E can be applicable for one bath dyeing process with disperse dyes on the regular polyester and cationic dyes on the cation- dyeable polyester blended
    or anion fabrics.
    3. SUNLIFE LP-200E is available in highly micronized particles which feature makes it suitable for use in treating the cheese dyeing vessels.

    NICEPOLE PR-100 is a durable water absorbent and soil-releasing agent applicable for polyester
    and its blended fabrics, performing with hydrophilic properties.

    1. NICEPOLE PR-100 gives durable anti-static, soil-releasing and hydrophilic properties onto polyester and its blended fabrics.
    2. NICEPOLE PR-100 shows resilient touch onto the fabrics.

  • Anti-static agent

    NICEPOLE FE-26

    Anti-static Agent for Polyester Fabric

    NICEPOLE FE-26 is a temporary anti-static agent for polyester. Its nonionic nature makes
    NICEPOLE FE-26 very compatible with other textile auxiliaries. Even fluorocarbon-based water
    repellent agents are compatible, and if anything, they will suffer a negligible reduction in effect if used
    together with NICEPOLE FE-26.

    Characteristics:

    1. NICEPOLE FE-26 is very effective at preventing the generation of static electicity on polyester fabrics, even at very low humidity.
    2. When used with fluorocarbon water and oil repellents, NICEPOLE FE-26 causes almost no loss of repelling effect, unlike most other anti-static currently available.
    3. NICEPOLE FE-26 will not cause color change on dyed goods, nor will it seriously impair the color fastness of the fabric.
    4. Because NICEPOLE FE-26 is nonionic, please avoid to be used with anionic , nonionic ,and cationic agents.

  • pH stabilizer agent

    NICCA HIBITER S-1815

    FABRIC pH STABILIZER

    NICCA HIBITER S-1815 is the fabric pH stabilizer in 4.5 to 6.5 for acid or alkaline residue of the
    pre-treatment resulting pH as low or too high. The fabric pH is adjustable to reach the stable range and
    does not reduce the fastness.

    1. For the residual alkali or acid for the pre-treatment (scouring or dyeing), the fabric pH value range could be stable as the range of 4.5 ~ 6.5.
    2. Changes of acid, alkali used in various kinds of cloth after finishing induced (such as anti-flam, water repellent, soft, etc.),
    the stable pH range could be provided.
    3. Can be used alone or with the other finishing agents.

  • Flame Retardant

    NICCA FI-NONE P-205

    Flame Retardant for Polyester Fabric

    CHARACTERISTICS:
    1. NICCA FI-NONE P-205 provides woven / knitted fabric of polyester and its blends(CD-PET) with excellent flame retardation.
    2. The materials treated with NICCA FI-NONE P-205 does not show any yellowing trouble by the heat or UV. and no-rusting by contacting with metals.
    3. There is no adverse effects on Light and rubbing fastness.
    4. It is compatible with water repellent agents and melamine resin.

  • Non-formaldehyde stiff finishing agent

    KASESOL KF-128

    1. KASESOL KF-128 may be adopted for wide – range stiffening applications including handle modification, stiff finish and padding cloth treatment.
    2. KASESOL KF-128 imparts excellent feel of stiffness to various types of fiber materials.

    Anti-Pilling Agent

    KASESOL AV-30－has been newly developed as a polymeric type anti-pilling agent , provides
    the synthesis fabric and cotton/ synthesis fabric with excellent stiff and improves their hardness
    property.

    Characteristics:
    1. KASESOL AV-30 may be adopted for wide–range surface adjustment applications for fabrics, including handle modification and anti-pilling treatment.
    2. KASESOL AV-30 imparts excellent anti-pilling effect and feel of stiffness to various types of fiber materials, and particularly on polyester/cotton blends and cotton fabrics.
    3. Excellent workability.

  • Reagent For Anti-Yellow

    D-735

    Reagent For Anti-Yellow

    D-735 to nylon & polyester fabric has good effect of suppressing yellowing. Especially when due
    to soft processing or long-time storage caused the surface of fabric yellowing, It has fairly good heat
    resistance. Also suitable Padding bath add.

    Characteristics:
    1. Nylon, Polyester fluorescene and white processing fabric,yellowing for high temperature,it has prevented effect to D-735.
    2. The dyed fastness isn’t lowered.
    3. Character to be able to have low foam.
    4. The character is endured to other products and salt.
